Data processed
You can browse without an account. If you email us, we process your email address and message. Shop management involves an access email, the associated shop, business contact details and submitted content. Passwords are stored using a secure derivation function, not readable text. Sessions, access invitations and login attempt controls are also managed. Hosting and email providers may retain technical records needed for operation and security.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to answer enquiries and registration requests, take requested precontractual steps and provide the agreed shop management service. Security and access protection rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the service, balanced against individual rights. Legal obligations are addressed under applicable law. Optional Google Maps loading and Google Analytics 4 visit measurement relies on consent, which can be withdrawn through “Cookie settings”.
Public information
A published shop may display its name, neighbourhood, address, opening hours, phone, WhatsApp, description, photos and products. The account login email is not published by default. Avoid unnecessary personal data or third-party data without a valid basis.
Retention
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to address them. Account data and content are retained while providing the service and afterwards where needed for legal obligations or liabilities. You may request deletion. Sessions expire after eight hours and invitation links after forty-eight hours; expired records are cleaned up during service use.
Providers and external services
Hostinger provides hosting and the database. Email providers may help handle communications. Fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash; these connections transmit technical request data such as IP addresses. Google Maps loads only with your permission and may process technical data and identifiers under its own policies. Google Analytics 4 is enabled only with your consent to measure visits and site usage using browser identifiers, page views, device, referral source and approximate location. Search terms, passwords and login data are not sent. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
International services
External providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the terms and mechanisms they identify. See Google privacy, Unsplash privacy and Hostinger privacy. Do not include sensitive data in public photos or descriptions.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by emailing info@solukia.com. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects or create our own advertising profiles.
