Purpose and operation
This website helps visitors discover products, browse shop windows and locate shops in Alicante. Authorised businesses manage their profiles, photographs, specifications and prices through a private panel. The platform does not process orders, payments, delivery or bookings. Purchases and their terms are agreed directly with the shop.
Terms of use
Use the website lawfully without harming its systems, preventing access by others or infringing third-party rights. Management accounts are personal and must be kept secure. Each shop must hold the necessary rights to its published texts and images and keep its information up to date.
Shop information
Check prices, applicable taxes, specifications, availability, opening hours and sales terms directly with the shop before visiting or purchasing. A shop window does not reserve stock or constitute acceptance of an order by the platform.
Intellectual property
Original content, design and code belong to their owner or are used with permission. Third-party brands, photographs and content retain their rights and licences. Unsplash photographs are used under its licence; Google Maps cartography and attribution belong to their respective owners.
