Cookies and local storage
Cookies and local storage save information in your browser. This website uses a necessary private-access cookie and a local preference for your map and analytics choices. Browsing the catalogue does not require signing in.
Necessary access cookie
acdc_session: a first-party cookie identifying a shop or administrator session. It is created at sign-in, expires after eight hours and is removed at sign-out. It uses Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite protections. It provides the requested private access and is not used for advertising.
Map choice
acdc_privacy_choice: a local storage entry recording whether you accept or reject Google Maps and Google Analytics and when your choice expires, for up to six months. It remembers your decision without creating an advertising profile.
Optional Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 uses the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<identifier> to distinguish browsers and sessions and produce visit statistics. Their lifetime is limited to 180 days. Analytics does not start before consent. Rejection does not remove site functions. Withdrawal through “Cookie settings” stops measurement and removes these first-party cookies.
Optional Google Maps
Embedded maps are initially disabled. Selecting “Show Google map” connects your browser to Google, which may use cookies, local storage or identifiers depending on its service, your session and browser settings. You can reject maps without losing catalogue access and change your choice through “Cookie settings”. “Open in Google Maps” opens the external service under its own terms. See Google cookie information.
Other external resources
Google Fonts and Unsplash images create technical connections when downloaded. They are not used for our own advertising tracking. Provider information is included in the privacy policy.
Changing or deleting your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to accept or reject maps and analytics separately. Rejecting removes maps loaded on this page; cookies already set by Google must be managed in your browser or Google settings. You can delete all site cookies and data in browser settings. Deleting the access cookie requires signing in again.
